Thank you for supporting Drys Lønd Vick.

All products sold through this website consist of digital music files, downloadable content, and/or license rights. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are generally considered final.

1. No Refunds on Delivered Digital Products

Once a purchase has been completed and access to digital files, downloads, or license rights has been granted, refunds are not normally available.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be physically returned and licensed materials may be immediately copied, stored, or used.

2. Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

  • duplicate accidental purchases
  • technical failure preventing delivery that cannot be resolved
  • billing errors
  • where required under applicable law

Any approved refund remains at the sole discretion of Drys Lønd Vick except where consumer law requires otherwise.

3. License Upgrades

Customers may request to upgrade an existing license to a higher tier.

Where approved, the customer pays only the price difference between the original purchased license and the upgraded license currently offered.

Upgrade requests may require proof of original purchase.

4. Incorrect License Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct license for their intended use before purchase.

5. Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first so we can attempt resolution.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in license suspension, cancellation, or denial of future purchases where legally permitted.
